United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister Gaston Browne and Dominica’s Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit delivered two of the most important speeches at the recent General Assembly.
Mr Guterres was speaking in New York on Wednesday ahead of his visit to Antigua on Saturday.
