Minister of Culture says the Queen of Carnival Show will remain in the Summer Festival

After witnessing this year’s Queen of Carnival Competition, Carnival Minister, Eleston Adams, is impressed with the level of production and caliber of young ladies who participated in this year’s Queen of Carnival pageant and remains grounded that the show should remain on the Carnival Calendar.
