NEW JAPANESE AMBASSADOR WELCOMED

Antigua and Barbuda has welcomed a new top diplomat from Japan, as both countries move to deepen 37 year old ties.

Ambassador Tatsuo Hirayama made the usual introductory stops to this country’s officials in St John’s today.
