HIGH COURT STRIKES OUT APPLICATION CHALLENGING GPH DEAL

The High Court has struck out a Fixed Date Claim, which challenged the government’s decision to enter into a lease agreement with Global Ports Holding.
Attorney Harold Lovell filed the claim last year on behalf of claimants James Spencer and Cleferin Colbourne.
