QUEEN OF CARNIVAL OUTLINES OPPORTUNITIES

Queen of Carnival and Jaycees Queen Shannakisha Francis has explained how she’s given back to the country during her reign.

She says the show has also pushed her to improve herself.

Francis was crowned in last year’s competitions and will continue her reign as the events weren’t held this year because of the COVID- 19 pandemic.
