LNG INVESTMENT TO REDUCE COUNTRY’S CARBON FOOTPRINT
Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has announced a Liquefied Natural Gas, or LNG plant will be established in Antigua.
It will be used to generate electricity under a power purchase agreement and will improve the reliability of electricity supply as well as help reduce the country’s carbon emissions.
Prime Minister Browne was giving ABS News an update on moves by his government to improve the services provided by Antigua Public Utilities Authority.
