HAPI PROGRAMME ASSISTS RESIDENT

Leslie Emmanuel is the latest to benefit from the good will of the government through the Ministry of Social Transformation’s Hapi Programme.

The Hapi Programme partnered with Emmanuel’s Precision Centre church family to completely renovate his Herberts Road home.
Minister with responsibility for social transformation and parliamentary representative for the constituency hon. Dean Jonas says he is proud to have been able to assist Emmanuel.
Precision Centre Senior Elder Wingrove Spencer, posits renovation work began Good Friday.
He says church members were more than willing to assist Emmanuel, who has been a member of the church for roughly 20 years.

Emmanuel, who has been paralyzed for over 3 decades was elated to for the assistance.
