“LOCK THEM UP” – OCS PRINCIPAL CALLS FOR PARENTAL ACCOUNTABILITY IN YOUTH DEVIANCE

Principal of the Ottos Comprehensive School, Foster Roberts is adamant parents must be more involved in curbing delinquency among youth.
He was speaking on the heels of another act of vandalism at the school over the holiday weekend, targeting various areas of the compound.
Roberts insists if this cannot be done parents should be penalised for the anti-social behavior of their children.
