JOURNALISTS UNDERGO TRAFFICKING IN PERSON TRAINING
Three journalists from the Antigua and Barbuda Broadcasting Services are among a cohort of media practitioners participating in a regional training on responsible reporting on trafficking in persons.
Deputy Director of News and Current Affairs Andrena Athill DaSouza, Senior News Reporter and Producer Theresa Goodwin, and News Reporter Briana Anthony are in Trinidad and Tobago for the two-day exercise, completing the virtual component last Wednesday.
The workshop is facilitated by CariSecure 2.0 in collaboration with the Media Institute of the Caribbean (MIC), USAID Eastern and Southern Caribbean, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
