NSWMA LAUNCHES NATIONWIDE CLEANUP CAMPAIGN

Members of the public are being urged to participate in an upcoming national clean-up campaign launched by the National Solid Waste Management Authority.

It will be carried out under the theme: “love where you live”

The clean-up effort will include the clearing and cleaning of drains, coastal areas, main roads and village corners.

The NSWMA has invited all residents to look out for the schedule, as they move from community to community restoring pride by showing respect for the environment.

The authority has also advised residents to ensure they cooperate by placing their bulk waste on the curb-side when the clean-up campaign visits their area.
