DMC Bows Out of June 12th Polls

The Democratic Movement for Change (DMC) has bowed out of the 2014 general elections and has thrown its support behind the United Progressive Party for the June 12 poll.

The decision was reportedly made after a meeting with Deputy leader of the UPP Harold Lovell, who is said to have assured the DMC that some of its plans and programmes will be advanced on the ruling party’s agenda when the party wins.

Speaking to ABS News, Lovelle says the DMC made the right decision.
