HEALTH MINISTER URGES ABSTINENCE AMONG TEENS AMID NEW HIV INFECTIONS

Health Minister Hon. Sir Molwyn Joseph is pushing the message of teen abstinence, amidst new HIV infections in this age group.

He was speaking at a teen talk seminar, one of the activities by the AIDS Secretariat, leading up to the observance of World AIDS Day on December 1.
