Young Cricketers Depart for U19 World Cup

The four Antiguans selected for the West Indies under-19 World Cup squad left the island for the global showpiece of young cricketing talent on Monday.

Matthew Miller, Jewel Andrew, Micah McKenzie and Tanez Francis are a part of the Windies squad set to compete at the ICC Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup in Namibia and Zimbabwe from January 15 to February 6.

The Windies are scheduled to open their World Cup campaign against Tanzania on January 15.
