OFFICIALS DISPEL RUMOURS ABOUT ONGOING CENSUS; URGE RESIDENTS TO COOPERATE

Progress on Antigua and Barbuda’s 2025 Population and Housing Census has been slower than expected, with census officials pointing to low public participation and widespread misconceptions as major obstacles to the exercise.

Officials have sought to clear the air, insisting there is no political, immigration or tax collection link to the ongoing exercise.
