UPDATE: US Appeals Court Releases Written Ruling in Alfa Nero-Linked Case

The United States Court of Appeals has provided its written ruling in which it has rejected the appeal of Russian citizen, Yulia Guryeva Motlokhov. She had been seeking financial disclosure from several Antiguan officials, including Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne.

It is the second legal victory for Prime Minister Browne and other officials in the matter, after a US District Court made a similar ruling to deny Guryeva-Motlokhov’s request.

Prime Minister Browne has welcomed the ruling, calling it a “vindication.”
