JAEDA PIGOTT EYES IMPROVEMENTS FOLLOWING STRONG CARIFTA GAMES DEBUT

Promising 800-metre athlete Jaeda Pigott is pleased with her performance in the recent Carifta Games in Grenada, where she reached the final of the event for under-17 girls.

Pigott produced successive personal bests, clocking 2:18.03 in her semi-final heat, before lowering her time a day later in the final to 2:17.54, earning a 6th-place finish.

The 14-year-old welcomes the positive start in her maiden Carifta Games, but believes there is room for improvement.
