PRIME MINISTER BROWNE DOUBLES DOWN ON RE-ELECTION BID AT ABLP CONVENTION

Prime Minister and Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party leader, Gaston Browne, says the country is living through a renaissance, which he describes as a new era of progress, development and confidence.

He was addressing hundreds of supporters, during the party’s convention on Sunday, warning them against complacency ahead of the April 30 general election.

The head of government also outlined what he said are the party’s seminal achievements in government, as he made a case for the electorate to stay the course.
