Antigua-Born Chef Giovanni Meyer Selected for Top Chef Canada

Chef Giovanni Meyer has been selected to compete on Season 13 of Top Chef, Canada.

The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) has offered its highest congratulations as Giovanni has worked closely with the ABTA Canada Office to showcase Antiguan-Barbudan cuisine to Canadian audiences, curating a five-course dinner for the ABTA’s A Taste of Antigua and Barbuda culinary event hosted for media and content creators in Canada, just this March.

The chef is a past student of the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute (ABHTI) and has gone on to work in Michelin-starred restaurants including A Voce in New York City, and Toronto’s Constantine and Byblos, and creating his own private-chef brand Pinch of Black Salt.
