Gleaming condominium units will be handed over to the government by Chinese officials at Booby Alley on Thursday, in a major boost for social housing in Antigua and Barbuda.

Ramshackle dwellings in St John’s City West have been replaced by 150 units in bankrolled by The People’s Republic of China.
