‘DRUNK GOGGLES’ PROVIDE EYE-OPENING LESSON ABOUT SUBSTANCE ABUSE PERILS

Several residents experienced a simulated felling of being intoxicated, as they wore so-called ‘drunk goggles’ during a substance abuse awareness campaign in St John’s on Friday.

The initiative has delivered a sobering message about the dangers of substance abuse, as many prepare to revel in Carnival festivities.
