Government Is About To Seal The Deal On Acquisition Of West Indies Oil Company

A joint-venture agreement has been entered into between the governments of Antigua and Barbuda and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela that will see the Latin American country acquiring 25 percent of shares in West Indies Oil Company Ltd.

Venezuela’s stake in WIOC followed lengthy discussions held between representatives of the countries.
The deal comes as government makes an important acquisition.
