The Government is intensifying efforts to build momentum in sports tourism and has designated 2022 the year for heightened focus on this niche market.
The country’s hosting of last weekend’s final of the ICC Under-19 World Cup at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium provided a major boost for this effort.
