GOVERNMENT TO BAR NEW CASINOS OVER CONCERNS ABOUT MALE GAMBLING ADDICTS

The Government is moving to limit options for men who are habitually gambling their earnings away, leaving little or nothing to take care of their families.

Cabinet says no new casinos are to be allowed to begin operating across the country.
