Health Minister Joins Regional Collaboration on Health

Health Minister, Hon. Michael M. Joseph, is joining regional counterparts as seminal decisions are to take place this week in Montserrat at the 12th OECS Council of Health Ministers meeting.

Dr. Didacus Jules, the OECS’s Director General, has warned against a reactive approach to outside help that has not aligned well with national or regional priorities.

As such, there is to be more focus on regional collaboration on regional priorities for regional advancement.

The opening ceremony was held Monday evening.
