Judicial Committee of the Privy Council has ruled in favour of Clive Oliveira

The London-based Judicial Committee of the Privy Council has ruled in favour of Clive Oliveira in a long-running court battle over the length of time it took for his citizenship application to be completed.

Mr Oliveira, whose wife is an Antiguan and Barbudan citizen, claimed it took an extraordinarily long time for a return interview with immigration authorities.
