LINSOME BOYD CHARGED WITH MURDER

58 year old Linsome Boyd of Cashew Hill has been charged with the murder of Althea Henry and the attempted murder of her son, Tajma Francis.

Henry’s body was found at her Cashew Hill home on Sunday with what appeared to be multiple wounds.

The homicide is the country’s third so far for 2021.

Her son remains in stable condition in hospital with injuries to his upper body and left eye which he allegedly sustained during an altercation with Boyd.

Boyd is expected to make his first court appearance tomorrow.
