Ricardo Drue and Claudette Peters Obtain Soca Crowns

St. John’s, Antigua – On Saturday evening a packed Carnival  City saw Caludette “CP” Peters grab the Soca Monarch Groovy Section and Ricard Drue taking Jumpy Crown.
