The Construction Of The 2000 Homes Initiative Expected To Start In A Few Weeks

Construction for the ABLP Administration’s 2000 Homes in Five Years initiative is expected to start in a few weeks.

That’s according to Prime Minister, the Hon. Gaston Browne.

He says there are over seven thousand applications for homes under the program, to date.

During the past several months, government has established the infrastructure for the housing initiative, to include: the establishment of the National Housing and Urban Renewal Company, which will develop various sites on island.

Sites where the homes will be constructed have already been acquired and subdivided.
