A profound message from the valedictorian of the first cohort of students receiving undergraduate degrees at the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus on Sunday.

Nadine Jean-Pierre makes it clear it doesn’t matter who your parents are or the type of work they do or the type of work you do, you can earn a degree if you are willing to work for it.
