ABEC PRAISES RETIRING CHAIRMAN NATHANIEL ‘PADDY’ JAMES

Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, Nathaniel ‘Paddy’ James will proceed on retirement next week when he turns 75.
The Commission held a short ceremony wishing him well at their office on Queen Elizabeth Highway on Friday.
