Cuba Graduation 2013

The largest numbers of Cuban trained doctors were amongst the graduants, participating in the 2013 Antigua Barbuda association of Cuban university students (ABACUS) Graduation ceremony held at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre. Present at the ceremony were Prime Minister of Antigua Barbuda Dr. The Honorable Winston Baldwin Spencer, Cuban Ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda Hose Manuel Inclan, and President of ABACUAS among other distinguished guests.
