ECCB ANNOUNCES FIRST FEMALE DEPUTY GOVERNOR

Dr. Valda F. Henry has been selected as the first female and next Deputy Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB). 

A native of Dominica, among Dr. Henry’s qualifications are a terminal degree in Industrial Relations and Business and certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst.  She has had more than 20 years’ experience in public, private, and financial sectors.   

Her 5-year term will commence in September 2021, and she will report to the current ECCB Governor Timothy Antoine.
