Salty Dawg Rally Director, Bob Osborn is commending the Government for its vaccine mandates.
Osborn says Antigua and Barbuda’s COVID-19 management created a safe environment for this year’s rally.
The Salty Dawg Rally is a major sailing event with scores of yachts travelling from the United States to the Caribbean each fall.
The rally provides a platform for veteran sailors to transfer knowledge and skills to less experienced cruisers.
