WEST INDIES OIL COMPANY CREATES HISTORY WITH LISTING ON REGIONAL EQUITIES MARKET
West Indies Oil Company has become the first Antiguan and Barbudan company to be listed on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange.
It is also the first energy company listed on the sub-regional exchange and coincides with what has been hailed as its impressive expansion and revenue growth.
The listing will allow investors who secured shares following the Initial Public Offering last year, to trade their shares on the regional exchange.
The listing was marked with an official launch ceremony at the John E. St. Luce Finance and Conference Center on Thursday.
