SEARCH INTENSIFIES FOR MISSING 19 YEAR OLD MALE

The family of 19 year old Sharmar Harrigan, who has been missing since Monday of this week, is pleading with the public to help locate him.
Shamar is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and dark in complexion, and was last seen wearing a black and white shirt with light blue jeans.
He has special needs and should take his medication twice daily; his family is gravely concerned this has not happened since Monday.
