VOLUNTEERS BEING ENLISTED FOR MAJOR SEARCH FOR SHAMAR HARRIGAN

The search for Shamar Harrigan will intensify on Monday in an initiative organized by Blue Dragonfly Foundation Incorporated, ABSAR, the Police Force and Harrigan’s family.

The 19-year-old with special needs has been missing since November 14.
He was last seen dressed in a black and white shirt with light blue jeans, carrying a pink and blue backpack.
