The fourth conference of Small Island Developing States to be staged in Antigua and Barbuda this May, is expected to result in historic outcomes.
Antigua and Barbuda’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Aubrey Webson, tells ABS it will be the last hope for small island developing states, and will not be a talk shop.
