WEATHER FORCES PUBLIC SCHOOLS’ CLOSURE

The Ministry of Education has mandated the early closure of all public schools across the country as a weather trough triggers heavy rainfall.  The Antigua Barbuda Meteorological Service has issued a Flash Flood Advisory, which they say may be upgraded to a Warning by midday, today.
