PM BROWNE URGES MORE COOPERATIVE EU APPROACH TO CARIBBEAN COUNTRIES

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne is urging the European Union to adopt a more cooperative approach towards the Caribbean, warning that sanctions and ‘blacklisting’ measures are hurting small economies.

The concerns were raised during a courtesy call by the EU’s new ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda Her Excellency Fiona Ramsey.
