RANDY BALTIMORE COMMITS TO WORKING FOR CONSTITUENTS FOLLOWING EMPHATIC WIN
The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party’s Randy Baltimore is basking in the afterglow of his resounding victory in the St Philip North by-election on Monday.
He won about 70 per cent of the votes cast, with a turnout of 65 per cent of electors across the seven polling stations.
For the United Progressive Party’s Alex Browne, it was a dramatic reversal of the momentum he enjoyed in the last general elections, when he had come within just under 100 votes of turning the seat blue.
