Murder Convict Sentenced to Life in Prison
Saleim Harrigan has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Principal Customs Officer Nigel Christian.
He will serve a minimum of 40 years before being eligible for parole review, with time already served factored into the sentence.
Harrigan was convicted earlier this year over the July, 2020 killing of Christian, who was abducted from his McKinnons home and later found shot dead in Thibou’s.
Co-accused Wayne Thomas and Lasean Bully were earlier acquitted.
