‘MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT’ – ADVICE FOR CONSUMERS AHEAD OF ABST-REDUCTION DAYS

The Prices and Consumer Affairs Division is reminding members of the public to shop around, get receipts and be smart about spending, as back-to-school shopping enters its final week.

Members of the division took that message to various locations in St John’s on Friday, as many look ahead to ABST-free shopping on school supplies and food items on August 28 and 29.
