APPLYING FOR TRADEMARKS CAN NOW BE DONE ONLINE

Trademark applications can now be filed electronically in Antigua and Barbuda.

The new system is first being introduced to attorneys-at-law and intellectual property agents, as the Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property and Commerce Office (ABIPCO) turbocharges efforts to modernize its services.
