MINISTER TURNER REFLECTS ON CHALLENGES WITH PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE PROJECT

Minister for Social and Urban Transformation and chairman of National Housing, Hon. Rawdon Turner, reveals the team behind the new Performing Arts Centre came close to admitting they could not complete the project.

Minister Turner recalls being overwhelmed by the scale of the work and fearing the facility would not be ready in time.

At one point, the situation became so daunting that he and his team considered taking their concerns directly to Prime Minister the Right Honourable the Right Honourable Gaston Browne.
