Former Prime Minster To Be Given Highest Order Of the Nation

Former Prime Minister, Hon Lester Bird, has been elevated to the status of National Hero during the Independence ceremonial Parade on Monday.

Sir Lester, as he will be referred to from henceforth, was singled out for his many contributions to Antigua and Barbuda that span several decades.
