Industrial Officer Hugh Joseph Has Been Elected General Secretary Of The AT&LU

An officer with more than 18 years experience at the Antigua Trades and Labour Union is its new general secretary.

Industrial Officer, Hugh Joseph, was elected to the post on Monday, the final day of the union’s 76th annual delegates’ conference.
