In its quest to become the model unit in the region, the immigration department is about to embark on a recruitment training exercise to select new officers.

Over forty individuals will be engaged in theoretical and practical training for almost four months, hoping to impress with their knowledge and skills and be in the final group who will eventually serve in the border control capacity.
