HALO ANNOUNCES WINNER OF ART TEACHERS’ COMPETITION

Mark Browne is the winner of the Halo Foundation’s art teachers’ competition, with a piece titled “woman of the soil.”
Browne emerged winner from the field of 27 candidates following a series of intense training sessions by lecturers at the Royal Drawing School London in October last year.
