Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has spoken about his appointment to head a United Nations panel of experts on improving access to official development assistance to vulnerable states.
Prime Minister Browne spoke with ABS News on Thursday, on the heels of a two-day emergency meeting convened in Antigua to examine the unsustainable debt facing small island developing states.
