Antigua and Barbuda joined in commemorating World Asthma Day.
Asthma is a common disease that affects the lungs.
Asthma has been declared by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as the most common chronic disease among children worldwide.
ABS’s Cherilyn Beazer has more.

World Asthma Day was originally celebrated on the first Tuesday of May, however going forward it will be celebrated on May 5, annually.
